Note the that $1500 deposit holds your space.  The balance will be paid in full a month prior to the time you arrive in sunny, hot, beautiful and vibrant PV.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of this event and because we have obligations to pay the resort to secure your room, refund policy is below. You are able to make a loss claim against your highly suggested travel insurance.

There are no refunds for travel delays or cancellations due to weather or any other cause not within the control of CBTL. CBTL advises you to secure travel insurance.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you cancel within 90 days, 100% of your deposit will be refunded minus a $500 admin fee. If you cancel within 60 days, 50% of your payment will be refunded minus a $500 admin fee. If you cancel after 60 days, we cannot refund you but if you can replace yourself with an appropriate participant (approved by Robyn), we will refund you 100% of all amounts paid minus a $500 admin fee. 

CANCELLATION DUE TO LOW BOOKING NUMBERS.
CBTL reserves the right to cancel the Retreat prior to the event if there are not enough participants signed up. In this case, you will be given a full retreat refund including your deposit.

CBTL is not responsible for reimbursing travel or flights, so again, it is highly recommended that you obtain Travel Insurance.
