Cancel in writing via email on or before Jan 31 for a full refund minus $150 booking fee. 

If you cancel after Jan 31, there is no refund unless we fill your spot. If we fill your spot, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 booking fee. (We will do our best to fill your spot.) 

All participants receive a full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen conditions.
