I declare to travel under my full responsibility in Tuscany with the group organized by Robyn Vogel and Antonella Notari Vischer, our host.. Robyn Vogel and Antonella Notari Vischer, the host, are relieved of all and any responsibilities in case of incidents related to the travels by rental car or others means of transportation, as well as during all other activities undertaken during the retreat and the journey. Furthermore, I declare that I will abide fully to the rules of behaviour applicable at the time of the retreat concerning health, hygiene, and safety measures. 

 I understand that Antonella Notari Vischer and her staff at Podere Trafonti decline any responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage of or to personal property of our guests and that they strongly advise against carrying valuables such as jewelry or large amounts of cash. I understand that Podere Trafonti is not equipped with safes and will not store any valuables for guests.  

Privacy and Personal Data Protection: 

At Podere Trafonti we collect basic personal data about you when you make a reservation and when you stay with us. We use your personal information internally and share it with other people or organizations who need to know it as part of working with us in our normal business activities. Furthermore, we are legally required to pass on your personal data to the provincial law-enforcement and tax authorities. We do not disclose or sell your personal information to others for marketing purposes.   

I, the undersigned, pursuant to the above information on the processing of my personal data authorize the accommodation facility to communicate my personal data to the provincial law-enforcement and tax authorities and to such third parties who need it to provide the requested services. I furthermore authorize the accommodation facility to store and manage my personal data in order to speed up the operational, administrative and quality control procedures. 

COVID-19: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, and its variants, have been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. In keeping with US and Italy's Federal, State and Local guidelines, The Released Parties have put in place comprehensive preventative measures aimed at preventing the introduction to and the spread of COVID-19 during the retreat; however, despite our mitigating efforts, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 or its variants during the retreat. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing limitation of liability, the following terms and conditions are effective for the retreat:

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and variants and that, despite The Released Parties effort to mitigate such dangers, I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or variants during my participation, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or variants may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others. I assume all of the foregoing risks and are solely responsible for any resulting injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, related to COVID-19 or variants, that I may experience or incur in connection with the retreat.

 

Cancellation Policy:  There are no refunds for this retreat at this point in time. We strongly suggest you get Traveler's Insurance to protect your investment.
